Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of integration, build processes, and testing activities throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure seamless integration of components, manage build configurations, and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements
Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results
Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing
Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically for a one- or two-week duration

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
Experience with integration at multiple levels of a build
Integration, build, and test processes experience
Experience leading a team
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred

Experience as a strong advocate for process improvement
Experience executing program gate activities (PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.)
1553 reprogramming experience
Flight test experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Integration troubleshooting
Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues
Experience creating integration and verification strategies
Technician experience working on military platforms, such as Fixed Wing, Rotary Wing, Ground Based, and ship-based platforms
Experience in integration with test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms
Experience in integrating RF/EO sensor output, either modulated waveforms or streams of digital samples used for real-time representation of RF/EO scenes data collection / analysis (including Telemetry)
Experience in a test environment with emphasis in test execution. Preference for experience in both test planning/strategy in addition to test execution
