Responsibilities
Optimize data models using multiple data sources (Databricks, SQL Server, Salesforce, MySQL, MariaDB)
Contribute to projects with a strong understanding of Python, SQL, Power Query, and virtual machines (VMs)
Partner with stakeholders to map business workflows, gather requirements, and define key metrics using JIRA and Confluence
Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to guide the business
Translate business needs into intuitive self-service analytics and reporting tools
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working in Analytics/Business Intelligence environment with prior experience of design and execution of analytical projects
2+ years of experience presenting insights and recommendations to Executive Leadership
Expertise in data visualization, with proficiency in Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of SQL and data architecture
Strong skills in mapping workflows, gathering requirements, and defining business metrics
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in analytics, statistics, and predictive modeling
Preferred
Background in Data Analytics role along with a post-graduate degree or equivalent in a related field
Background in healthcare or language services
