Jr. Data Analyst

Denova Collaborative Health is an integrated primary care and behavioral health practice based in the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area. As the Jr. Data Analyst, you will support day-to-day technology operations by assisting with troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems, ensuring employees have the necessary tools and support to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Respond to and manage IT tickets through the service desk system, escalating issues as needed
Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup, system access, and permissions
Troubleshoot user issues related to email, printers, VPN, EHR systems, and standard business applications
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, phones, and peripherals
Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
Document solutions, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to support IT knowledge sharing
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Follow security, HIPAA, and IT policies to protect sensitive information
Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and organizational goals

Required

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical support role (internships count)
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
Familiarity with ticketing systems, hardware troubleshooting, and user support best practices
Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to follow instructions, work independently with guidance, and collaborate with a team
Must uphold strict compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality at all times

Preferred

Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
Interest in healthcare IT or regulated environments
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of clearinghouse workflows and claim submission processes
