Responsibilities
Lead and manage the AI Governance Board, including preparing presenters for reviews
Collaborate closely with our System Integration Partner to ensure technical alignment
Lead complex enterprise-wide AI projects from conception through successful deployment
Facilitate executive-level meetings with confidence and authority
Drive comprehensive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions
Influence key stakeholders to ensure successful technology adoption
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a Program Manager role
Bachelor's degree (minimum)
Proven track record managing technology adoption initiatives
Strong executive presence and presentation skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
In-office presence requested at least 2 days per week
