Develop SSIS ETL processes
Optimize SQL queries for reporting and BI dashboards
Lead critical data initiatives including mapping, migration, and database design
Support full project lifecycles using agile methodology and Azure DevOps
Contribute to data governance through building and maintaining a data catalog to ensure data quality
Mentor 2-3 junior data analysts and guide their technical development
Qualification
Required
Develop SSIS ETL processes
Optimize SQL queries for reporting and BI dashboards
Lead critical data initiatives including mapping, migration, and database design
Support full project lifecycles using agile methodology and Azure DevOps
Contribute to data governance through building and maintaining a data catalog to ensure data quality
Mentor 2-3 junior data analysts and guide their technical development
Complete a comprehensive technical assessment evaluating proficiency across data science, data management, data warehousing, Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Business Intelligence, Tableau, and database concepts
Work with relational databases
Manage structured and unstructured data
Develop SSIS packages and SSRS reports
Create Tableau dashboards
Write clean, performant SQL
Experience with ETL processes such as building pipelines and analyzing data
Reporting Experience with SSRS
Tableau Visualization
Experience leading data migration projects and handling large scale data transfers
Support the full lifecycle of a project and can lead projects
Prior Leadership Experience: Managing teams of at least 2-5 people
Ability to take a project from requirements gathering through completion
Experience with Azure DevOps for Scrum/Agile management and implementing Agile methodology
