Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on non–purchase order invoices, ensuring timely submission and resolution of outstanding items
Utilize and maintain customer portals for invoicing, payment tracking, documentation uploads, and collections-related communication
Submit invoices via email and customer portals, including making necessary corrections and resubmissions to ensure acceptance and timely processing
Research and correct invoice discrepancies after issuance, collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve issues
Provide additional accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections support as needed to maintain accurate records and reduce aging balances
Qualification
Required
Experience with AR systems, billing platforms, or ERP tools
Proficiency with customer portals and invoice submission processes
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
Clear, professional communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and troubleshoot issues
Effective time management and ability to handle high-volume tasks
Strong analytical skills and comfort working independently
Basic understanding of collections practices and compliance standards
Reliable, organized, and adaptable to changing processes
