This role involves conducting assessments using the Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) and/or ICAP and requires professionals who can facilitate respectful, person-centered discussions with clients and their families.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-person SIS-A and/or ICAP assessments in accordance with Rushmore standards
Facilitate respectful, person-centered assessment discussions with individuals, families, and providers
Coordinate scheduling and complete assessment documentation accurately and on time
Travel within North Dakota (some overnight stays required)
Participate in required training, certification, and quality assurance activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services, education, special education, or another related field
1+ year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional judgment
Valid driver's license and ability to travel
Preferred
Background in case management, human or social services, special education, school-based transition services, or related educational roles
Familiarity with person-centered planning and IDD service systems
Experience conducting assessments and/or facilitating meetings
