NEOGOV is seeking an Airport Assistant Services Manager to assist in managing human resource functions at the airport. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, and HR administration.

Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Five (5) years of responsible professional administrative experience in human resources. This experience must have been at an exempt (salaried) level and must have included the drafting of personnel procedures, recruiting, and training. At least one (1) year of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity
A valid driver's license. Applicants must be eligible for coverage under the airport's auto liability insurance policy
Preferred
Personnel experience in a civil service system is preferred, but not required
