Responsibilities

Manage the complete order fulfillment cycle from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requirements and delivery schedules
Serve as the primary logistics contact for customers, proactively communicating order status, shipment tracking, potential delays, and resolving any logistics-related issues promptly and professionally
Investigate and resolve customer logistics complaints, discrepancies, and delivery exceptions, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Track and analyze logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, transportation costs, and customer satisfaction. Generate regular reports and identify areas for improvement
Ensure accurate maintenance of logistics documentation, including shipping documents, invoices, and delivery confirmations, while adhering to relevant regulations and company policies. Leverage logistics software and systems to manage and track shipments, analyze data, and improve communication

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights
7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes
5 years of experience with logistics principles, transportation modes, warehousing operations, and international shipping
5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles, with a focus on customer-facing logistics

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree in a related field
Certification in Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and in Analytics and Operations Six Sigma
7 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making and with building relationships with stakeholders or clients
Experience in data center equipment environments or computer component manufacturing
Knowledge of SQL or other relevant operations coursework
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured thinking and logic to your work and provide solutions to challenges
