They are looking for an Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Lead to provide customer service support, resolve complex issues, and assist in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial Applications.

Responsibilities
Providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests
Providing Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer
Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects
After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases
Work directly with Customers for advising on complex use of Oracle products
Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others
Creation/review of Knowledge Articles
Qualification
Required
Overall 10+ years of IT experience
At least 8+ years of Fusion experience
Remaining years of Finance/ERP domain experience in Oracle EBS
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials version 23+ capabilities
Implementation background in Oracle Cloud Financial Applications
Providing excellence in customer service support
Diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests
Support and/or Implementation Analyst background in Oracle SaaS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes
Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios
Work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects
Post go-live customer production support
Tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases
High level of techno-functional skills
Oracle products knowledge
Problem solving skills
Customer interaction/service expertise
8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation & support
Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementation or support projects as a Functional consultant
At least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME
Implementation/Support experience on Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH
Hands-on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, FAH
Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts
Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes
Offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud Financials
Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong Customer interactions and service orientation
Strong operations management and innovation orientation
