Responsibilities
Monitor semiconductor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Identify strategic opportunities aligned with corporate strategy, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships
Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning for potential transactions
Manage due diligence processes across functional teams (BUs, technology, manufacturing, sales & marketing, finance, legal, etc.)
Prepare and present investment findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Be an integral contributor to the integration planning and execution process by developing and executing comprehensive integration strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
Develop detailed integration plans across functional areas (BUs, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales, etc.) and define integration milestones, timelines, and success metrics
Partner with business leaders and functional teams to ensure alignment on integration planning and implementation
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business units, technology, operations, and business support functions to support strategic activities
Coordinate with external advisors (investment banks, legal counsel, technical consultants) to ensure smooth transaction execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical background in semiconductors preferred
12+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with semiconductor exposure
Proven track record of executing M&A transactions in technology or semiconductor sectors
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including experience with IP and technology assets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate complex structural, technical and operational considerations in semiconductor deals
Preferred
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, design ecosystems, and supply chain
Experience with cross-border transactions and regulatory considerations (e.g., export controls, CFIUS)
Familiarity with integration planning for technology-driven businesses
