Start in 2026 SummerGlobalFoundries is a leading full-service semiconductor foundry providing design, development, and fabrication services. The Reliability Engineering Intern will work within the ULP CMOS Reliability team to develop a tool/system for predicting reliability behavior from process variations.

Responsibilities
Basic understanding of semiconductor processing
Familiarity with semiconductor reliability
Understand Wafer-Level-Reliability (WLR) testing
Build WLR reports
Build correlation to process variations
Develop a tool to predict reliability behavior using Machine Learning
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualification
Required
Education – At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred
Prior related internship or co-op experience
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc
Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
