Responsibilities

Define the roadmap, implementation and operations of Storage
Review current footprint and implementation and create a roadmap and plan for improvement and changes for on-premises and public cloud
Take part in design and validate storage solution and assist in preparation of detailed design documentation as required
Participate actively in Critical P1 & ad-hoc activities as and when assigned
Experience on working with Offshore teams and collaborating with the team to manage the deliverables
Ability to author and implement basic scripting and coding to automate technical needs such as to move files, backup, create configuration, or other tasks

Required

Strong experience on storage administration (SAN & NAS) in an enterprise production environment on EMC (VNX, Isilon, Unity) & Pure FA series storage technology
Extensive Knowledge & Experience on Rubrik backup tool & administration
Knowledge on NAS Migration from EMC to Pure using Komprise tool
Expertise in Data Replication & Snapshot technologies
Strong server platform knowledge in Window & Linux and knowledge in Jboss / Websphere
Experience in managing large storage solutions facing applications would be an added advantage
Good knowledge of ITIL processes and certificate in Network storage NAS Specialist is highly preferred
