Responsibilities
Support daily operations within the Partnerships department, including assisting in partner activation elements, maintaining contractual obligations, tracking partner assets and inventory, and planning and executing events, promotions, and experiences on behalf of partners
Complete department-specific projects, administrative tasks, and manage internal request forms
Participate in cohort-wide meetings, workshops, and presentations
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Required to work occasional evenings & match days
Well-organized, self-starting, hard-working, detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
High-level communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
Thrives in a team environment
Passionate about Bay FC, women's soccer, and women's sports, and willing to continue learning and supporting the organization's mission, values, and goals
