Responsibilities

Establish site's monthly, quarterly, and yearly engagement calendar closely adhering to the budget requirements
Own hands-on execution of engagement events across multiple shifts and teams
Partner with senior leadership to plan and organize purpose driven engagement activities with measurable results
Manage and complete expense reports
Maintaining schedules, planning events, coordinating meetings, and tours
Own and manage conference room coordination and room calendar management
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, full office management, responding to emails, preparing documents and presentations using graphics, graphs, and internal information and platforms
Type meeting notes, create conference agendas and manage content creation as needed
Assist with internal communications for technicians and leadership among multiple platforms, interfaces, and programs
Work with outside vendors as required
Run work-related errands as needed
Think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately and manage time effectively
Compile team goals, track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items
Identify culture improvement initiatives and build scalable programs for those
Review technician feedback and escalate as needed

Required

3+ years of program or project management experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of program or project management experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
2+ years of experience with event planning, coordination and management
1+ years of experience with calendar management and expense reporting
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
