Responsibilities
Work with Bay FC's creative services team to create captivating graphics for social media, marketing, email, ticketing, in-game display, broadcast, merchandise, and print
Organize photo assets in photo management software
Effectively manage and prioritize tasks, delivery timelines, and review/approval processes
Ensure consistency and alignment with Bay FC's brand guidelines
Participate in cohort-wide meetings, workshops, and presentations
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; college enrollment with design focus preferred
Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Must be able to show examples of creative work
Required to work occasional evenings & match days
Well-organized, self-starting, hard-working, detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
High-level communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
Thrives in a team environment
Passionate about Bay FC, women's soccer, and women's sports, and willing to continue learning and supporting the organization's mission, values, and goals
Preferred
College enrollment with design focus preferred
Photography experience is a plus
