Producing accurate and timely union and confidential payroll on a weekly basis
Ensuring compliance with union agreements, tax regulations, and company policies
Managing payroll-related reporting, union benefits administration, certified payroll, tax filings, and reconciliation of payroll liability accounts to the general ledger
Validating union rates, benefits, and deductions to ensure fair, accurate payroll output and compliance with audit requirements
