Leadership & Team Development
Build, lead, mentor, and develop Managers and Supervisors across shifts
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
Ensure consistency, engagement, and alignment across all shifts
Coach teams through change, modernization, and digital adoption
Lead the full production process from planning through execution
Ensure output meets quality standards, safety requirements, and customer demand
Monitor production performance and adjust execution plans in real time
Drive operational discipline and process stability
Oversee all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and material flow
Manage raw material inventory levels, shipment planning, and receiving schedules
Ensure timely availability of materials to support production goals
Lead and advance Smart Factory initiatives using digital dashboards, KPIs, and analytics
Leverage real-time data to identify performance gaps and drive decision-making
Support technology integration to improve efficiency, quality, and agility
Partner with the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to embed a CI mindset on the shop floor
Utilize fast-response problem-solving and Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements
Ensure all production and warehouse operations comply with SOPs, safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or similar)
5+ years of experience as a Production Manager OR 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
Demonstrated experience leading Smart Factory initiatives (digital dashboards, analytics, digital performance systems)
Strong ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and drive decisions using real-time performance insights
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong leadership presence with proven ability to influence, coach, and develop teams through change
