Principal TPM, AWS Boost
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, and they are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to run their data center supply chain program. The role involves owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes that integrate AWS Boost and Supply Chain services to manage inventory movement to, from, and between data centers.

Responsibilities
Own the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes that integrate AWS Boost and Supply Chain services to manage inventory movement to, from, and between data centers
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
Work with stakeholders, engineering teams, and data center technicians to design and implement a closed-loop mechanism for inventory management in AWS data centers
Coordinate the migration of data center infrastructure operations from a collection of bespoke tooling to a centralized platform while providing regular data-driven updates to executive sponsors and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred
8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
