Design and build production-grade AI agent workflows that plan, execute, and verify complex real-world tasks
Collaborate closely with founders to shape core product architecture and define best practices for agentic software systems
Ship features end to end, working directly with users and iterating quickly based on real customer feedback
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong backend fundamentals
Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage environments with high ownership and responsibility
Experienced with Python and relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar), and interested in building applied AI systems
