Responsibilities
Generate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) reports to track and analyze campaign performance
Build custom dashboards and reporting views to support marketing and business stakeholders
Analyze marketing and customer datasets to uncover trends, performance insights, and optimization opportunities
Use Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions, to manipulate, validate, and summarize data
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to enhance data accuracy and reporting processes
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting or similar marketing automation platforms
Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Ability to build custom reports and present insights clearly to non‐technical audiences
Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics, campaign measurement, and digital marketing KPIs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail and data quality
