MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (OA)
The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking a Management Assistant to support the mission of the US Cyber Command. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, providing administrative oversight, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities
Gathers and consolidates data and conducts complex studies, analyses, and projects to assist in the performance/development of methods, techniques, procedures, and systems for program development and implementation
Collects and analyzes data for various directorate/division projects such as the Joint Table of Distribution of manpower authorizations, personnel assignments, duty specialty codes, payroll statistics, security clearances, and organization reports
Uses word processing software to produce a variety of documents. Utilizes a variety of software types to develop, enter, revise, sort, calculate, and retrieve data for specialized reports
Provides administrative oversight and direction to other Division support personnel, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and applicable administrative requirements
Serves as the primary Division timekeeper, ensuring that all time and attendance is accurately entered and that backup records are maintained and certified

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service
This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment
This position requires a SECRET clearance
To qualify at the GG-08, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
Experience collecting and analyzing data for directorates/division, processing time and attendance, using word processing software to produce a variety of documents; providing administrative support to division personnel
Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume
All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement
Eighteen months of graduate level education may be substituted to meet the specialized experience required when it is directly related to the work of the position being filled
Equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduate level education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements when the education is directly related to the position being filled
To be creditable, education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university
You must report only attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accrediting institutions that are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services at the time of application
