Human Resource Information System Manager

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the HRIT project and program portfolio, aligning initiatives with HR and business strategy
Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on HR technology capabilities, roadmap, and delivery approach
Establish and maintain HRIT governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HRIT initiatives, including Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, and integrations
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Drive decision-making through steering committees and executive governance forums
Lead relationships with HR technology vendors and system integrators
Manage contracts, SOWs, deliverables, and vendor performance
Ensure vendor solutions meet functional, technical, and business requirements
Define and enforce HRIT governance, including change control, release management, and data standards
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Maintain clear documentation, approvals, and audit-ready processes
Own the UAT strategy and execution across HRIT initiatives
Partner with HR functional teams to define test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate defect management, retesting, and sign-off to ensure high-quality releases
Partner with change management and communications teams to drive adoption of HR technology solutions
Support the development of training, job aids, and communication plans
Monitor adoption metrics and address post-go-live issues to ensure sustained success

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in HRIT, HRIS, or technology program/project management
Proven experience leading Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors initiatives
Strong background in vendor management and governance
Experience leading UAT and change management efforts for enterprise systems
