Responsibilities
Lead and manage site civil projects across NYC and Northern NJ
Overseeing grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and permitting
Review and mentor junior engineers; guide technical direction
Manage scope, schedules, and project execution
No business development requirements - focus is delivery and leadership
Long-term path toward increased responsibility and potential profit sharing / ownership for the right person
Qualification
Required
NYC site civil / Land Development experience
Background in urban commercial, residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects
Comfortable reviewing junior engineers' work
Project and people management experience
US work authorization
Preferred
PE preferred (open to someone close to licensure depending on level)
Experience with agencies is a strong plus
