Responsibilities

Lead and refine a comprehensive quality engineering strategy for multiple delivery teams, promoting best practices in testing
Design and enhance automated test frameworks using Playwright with Python and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
Champion shift-left testing and performance testing strategy with tools like BlazeMeter and JMeter
Guide and mentor quality engineers in maintaining uniform standards and modern practices in quality assurance
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle

Required

Effective leadership and team collaboration skills to drive quality improvements

Preferred

Experience working on testing high-traffic digital platforms to ensure reliability and performance
Knowledge of API testing tools and approaches to enhance quality assurance processes
Familiarity with cloud-based or distributed systems environments
Understanding of security, accessibility, and other non-functional testing areas
Background in regulated or enterprise settings, demonstrating adherence to governance and compliance standards
