Responsibilities

Manage a team of 8-10 QA Engineers
Develop, modify, and execute test strategies, plans, and programs
Coordinate and optimize testing in a cross-functional environment
Work with Automation team to come up with automation plan
Reporting, providing sign-offs & escalations of issues
Actively participate in testing the deliverables

Qualification

Software development methodologiesSQA methodologiesIOS macOS proficiencyAutomation/scripting exposureCollaboration skillsProblem-solvingDetail orientedCustomer experience focus

Required

Bachelor of Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years leading a QE or Software engineering team

Preferred

Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, architecture, and SQA methodologies
Open-minded with strong collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
Passionate about great customer experience, specially great UI experience
Detail oriented, analytical, and a creative problem solver with interest in developing high quality software
Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly and propose resolutions
Advanced proficiency with iOS macOS or other operating systems such as Unix/Linux
Exposure to automation/scripting
