Responsibilities

Serve as the Agile Delivery Owner (ADO) for a Policy Servicing standing Delivery team, advancing the business goals and technology roadmap supporting an Automation IT framework and delivery of assigned projects
Leverage agile practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives
Facilitate sprint ceremonies, clear risks and issues, coordinate with external platforms, drive team metrics and improvements, report status with aligned sponsors, and support new business enhancements and technical upgrades for applications
Provide ADO support to additional platform teams when the need arises
Engage in the Policy Servicing IT ADO community to share best practices and promote the adoption of standards

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices
Certified ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master I required in addition to the above education and/or experience
