Responsibilities
Oversee the continued development and enhancement of the Direct Agency proforma
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts
Fostering growth and professional development
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of analytical solutions to solve complex business challenges
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver insights that inform strategy and drive results
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data across the organization
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate our analytics capabilities
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 years analytical work experience, with at least 2 years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role)
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years analytical work experience, with at least 2 years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role)
Preferred
A leader with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams
Skilled in translating data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations
Experienced in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel)
Eager to innovate, experiment, and drive change through data
