Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to deeply understand operational workflows and pain points, then design and build effective solutions
Translate deployment learnings into scalable product features and repeatable processes, moving the company from bespoke implementations to standardized systems
Own customer deployments end to end, navigating IT organizations, aligning executive stakeholders, and training teams across Germany, the EU, and the US (up to ~30% travel)
Partner closely with the founders to shape product strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
Fluency in both German and English
A natural product builder who can turn messy, real-world operational problems into simple, elegant solutions
A fast learner with strong listening skills and exceptional attention to detail
