Office Coordinator
The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. The role involves providing clerical support, quality customer service, and coordinating various administrative tasks to enhance departmental efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Provides clerical support to the department to contribute to an effective and organized department
Provides quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Performs scheduling activities to maximize resources and meet customer needs
Coordination of outreach location and credentialing as needed with locations. Oversees outreach studies to ensure that they are processed in appropriate amount of time
Coordinates and provides administrative support to the Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Service Line
Serves as a resource for department and organization regarding Medical Staff accreditation and regulatory compliance
Responsible for the outreach credentialing services special emphasis on credentialing, appointment, and reappointment processes for both medical staff and allied health professional staff
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED equivalent
Positive interpersonal relationship skills required
Must possess ability to proofread
Perform basic math skills
Some experience with computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
Preferred
Experience with EMR
Knowledge of medical terminology
