Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain customer records in multiple systems (ERP and customer databases)
Ensure customer data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
Review and process pricing deductions and claims based on customer contracts
Research and resolve pricing discrepancies and open accounts receivable items
Work with customers and internal teams to resolve billing or pricing issues
Support vendor setup related to rebates and fees to ensure timely payments
Partner with AR/AP teams and support offshore team members with customer updates
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working with data, systems, and spreadsheets
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems or customer data management is a plus
