Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will assist guests in their vehicle purchasing process by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support and training.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
Respond promptly to inbound internet, phone and text inquiries through our CRM
Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Set appointments for guests to come into our dealership
Follow up with leads that are unresponsive, have not purchased and no-show/canceled appointments
Participate in team environment - keeping positive and upbeat relationship with teammates and department
Utilize activity/appointment tracking system daily
Strive to hit personal and team daily/monthly goals
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service experience
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer and phone skills
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
