Responsibilities
Cultivate and retain long-term client relationships by delivering trusted, expert financial guidance
Lead client meetings across all stages of the wealth planning lifecycle, identifying complex financial needs and delivering tailored solutions
Collaborate with a team of advisors to provide comprehensive wealth management services and customized investment portfolios to high-net-worth clients
Support business development efforts by participating in new client acquisition alongside strategic partners
Demonstrate a strong commitment to advanced professional education and team development
Train, mentor, and support the growth of associates across the wealth advisory team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial planning, accounting, legal services, or a related professional services environment
Active Series 65, CFP®, or CFA® designation required
Extensive experience in wealth management, including fee-based consulting, tax planning, mutual funds, insurance, money manager programs, and financial planning
Proven experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
Advanced proficiency with financial planning and investment tools (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro)
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop advisory talent
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Clean regulatory record with no disclosures on Form U4
