Responsibilities
Making boxes that come out of the box machines folding flaps, taping boxes, and sending them down the active line
Load the box machines with cardboard and glue. Clear any jams within the machines
Clean and maintain the box machines per the specifications on the machines daily and weekly
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Basic knowledge of equipment
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment with a focus on meeting deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret paperwork
Maintain consistent, dependable attendance
Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, crouch, kneel, bend, climb, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to move objects
Light mental and visual attention required for performing work where there is some variety, but actions taken and decisions made are limited to few possibilities. Work requires some coordination with others
Occasional weekend work as required to meet business needs
