Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

Disassembly, sub-assembly and final assembly of QECs, modules and components
Intermediate and depot-level repairs using approved data and published work scopes
Building and mating QECs to engines, performing leak checks and preparing units for test and preservation
Disassembly, assembly and testing of aircraft accessories
Interpreting engine manuals, drawings and technical bulletins to ensure correct configuration and compliance
Ensuring all servicing is completed in accordance with approved data and regulatory standards
Maintaining control and proper use of tools and equipment

Qualification

Required

Experience with electrical systems and wiring, hydraulic, oil, fuel and air systems
Ability to read and interpret engine manuals, drawings/prints and service bulletins
Fluent English communication skills
Basic personal tool set
Due to ITAR regulations, applicants must be a US Person (US citizen or lawful permanent resident)

Preferred

A&P Licence strongly preferred
