The role involves defining and executing digital marketing strategies across the US, Canada, and Latin America, managing lead generation campaigns, and collaborating with external agencies to ensure brand alignment.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the US, Canada and Latin America digital marketing roadmap aligned to business and brand objectives. Including testing of new digital channels to increase reach, engagement and pipeline
Own end to end digital execution of lead generation campaigns, product launches and other priority initiatives
Own HubSpot campaign setup and execution for US, Canada and Latin America
Monitor and manage MQLs from the digital channels ensuring every lead is acknowledged and acted on quickly
Use Salesforce to track lead status and escalate where necessary
Manage external digital and creative agencies to ensure high-quality, on brand deliverables. Providing clear briefs and feedback to align with strategy and timelines
Qualification
Required
Relevant education to degree standard or equivalent in life sciences, biotechnology, medical technology, marketing, communications or other related disciplines
Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the IVD medical device or life sciences industry
Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive pipeline growth
Demonstrated success in storytelling, writing and editing across formats and tones
Proficient in content management systems
Excellent project management skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
