7+ years expHiresquad Resources is seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant with strong public sector consulting experience to support and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM Recruiting Cloud engagements for government and public-sector clients. The consultant will play a hands-on role in implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of ORC modules, working closely with client stakeholders in a remote delivery model.

Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementations and enhancements for public sector clients
Configure and support:
Job requisitions & approvals
Candidate lifecycle management
Talent pools, offers, and onboarding handoff
Recruiting workflows and business rules
Translate public sector business requirements into Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud configurations
Work with government / public sector HR teams to align ORC configurations with:
Public sector hiring policies
Compliance, audit, and reporting requirements
Civil service / unionized hiring processes (where applicable)
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Mandatory public sector project experience (government, state, federal, municipal, or public institutions)
At least 3 end to end full lifecycle implementation in ORC
Proven consulting experience in client-facing ORC roles
Strong understanding of recruiting business processes
Hiring approvals and compliance-driven workflows
Experience working in remote delivery models for US-based clients
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
