Qualification
Required
Deep experience training 3D generative machine learning models
Strong background in 3D vision, graphics, geometry, or avatar-focused ML systems
End-to-end ownership — training, evaluation, and deployment into product
Ability to turn research ideas into reliable, shipped systems
Comfort working with real-world constraints, edge cases, and model quality tradeoffs
Motivation to build embodied AI characters beyond text-based assistants
Preferred
Experience with diffusion, GANs, VAEs, NeRFs, or Gaussian Splatting in 3D contexts
Work on avatars, motion, meshes, neural rendering, or novel view synthesis
Experience scaling training pipelines and deploying models into live services
Industry experience in games, animation, AR/VR, or AI-driven content creation
