Responsibilities
Create detailed grading rubrics that define what constitutes a high-quality response
Develop model solutions that achieve full scores according to established rubrics
Design and evaluate complex, graduate-level finance problems that challenge AI reasoning
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated outputs
Apply expert judgment to assess accuracy, depth, and reasoning quality
Ensure consistency, clarity, and high data quality across all submissions
Work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
Qualification
Required
PhD or Master's degree in Finance or a closely related field (current enrollment acceptable)
Deep subject-matter expertise in finance and financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience creating rigorous questions, rubrics, or academic-style evaluations
Exceptional attention to detail when assessing responses and peer submissions
Fluency or high proficiency in written English
