New Grad, Entry LevelSpectrum Resorts is seeking a Spa Receptionist for The Beach Club, who will be the first representative of the spa and is expected to provide exceptional customer service. The role involves assisting guests with their needs, checking them in for appointments, and maintaining the spa areas.

Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the inventory and upkeep of all spa areas
Greet guests in person and on the phone
Check guests in for appointments
Assist guests with retail purchases
Assist in stocking /merchandising products
Collect payment at completion of service and for retail purchases
Responsible for cleaning and replenishing laundry for spa
Assist spa/salon team with duties as requested
Perform opening/closing procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Professionalism face to face and over the phone
Proper phone etiquette
Ability to work days, weekends, and some holidays
Excellent guest service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office programs
Ability to learn property specific systems
Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel
Must be able to carry up to 20 lbs
Preferred
Prior spa/salon experience
