Virtual Assistant for a Management Consulting Company

Qualification
Required
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Has working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce businesses and SaaS platforms
1-2 years of experience in Customer Support
Can work with minimum supervision
Have handled customer support for international clients
Has good problem solving skills
Open to working in shifts
Has a conducive remote working environment
Has a stable internet connection, hardware and power – with backups in case of outages
Amazing personality!
Microsoft Office tools, and Google Suite applications
A reliable computer (at least with an i5 processor) and a stable high-speed internet connection
A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro
Flexible with work schedule
Preferred
Experience working remotely is a plus
Familiarity on CRMs or project management tools is a plus (Asana/Monday.com/Trello/Jira/Click Up etc)
