This role involves working independently, following service routes, and providing excellent customer service while working outdoors.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Apply mosquito and tick treatments to the exterior of residential properties
Inspect properties for standing water and breeding areas
Follow all product label instructions and safety procedures
Communicate with customers in person and via text to answer common questions
Use a company-provided phone to complete service notes and property summaries
Maintain and clean assigned equipment, including your company van and blowers
Share customer feedback or service concerns with your supervisor
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift at least 55 lbs, including carrying equipment over wooded or uneven terrain
Ability to obtain and maintain Virginia Registered Technician certification (training and assistance provided)
Reliable transportation to and from work
Positive, customer-focused service attitude
