Responsibilities
Designs and implements automation solutions to streamline identity and access management operations
Manages provisioning workflows, supports IAM technologies, and contributes to the development of secure, scalable access controls
Operates with moderate autonomy, collaborates across IT and business teams, and plays a key role in enhancing IAM maturity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Demonstrated expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation
Demonstrated expertise in Object-oriented programming
Demonstrated expertise in Identity lifecycle management
Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory, Azure, LDAP
Demonstrated expertise in IAM tools and integration with HR systems
Demonstrated expertise in MFA, SSO, audit processes
Audit and risk management knowledge
One or more of the following certifications (or equivalent) is required: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Okta Certified Professional, Other vendor-specific or role-relevant IAM/security certifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, including systems administration and support
Required experience includes Active Directory and Azure environments
Required experience includes Implementing access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
Required experience includes Supporting IAM tools and technologies
Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, object-oriented programming)
Strong understanding of IAM workflows, provisioning, and deprovisioning
Experience with IAM tools and integration with enterprise systems
Ability to analyze and improve IAM processes and recommend solutions
Effective communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to security and compliance
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred
Audit and risk management knowledge
Preferred experience includes Working in healthcare or regulated industries
Preferred experience includes Hands-on IAM automation and scripting
