Responsibilities

Lead daily agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management across 3–4 pods (5–6 engineers each) to drive consistent delivery and team maturity

Remove blockers, coordinate across engineering, product, SDGs, and platform leadership, and ensure sustainable velocity aligned to platform outcomes and OKRs

Ensure adherence to BNY’s Platforms Operating Model, enterprise SDLC standards, PI planning processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements

Partner with Project Executives, Engineering Leads, Architects, Directors, and regulatory stakeholders to maintain transparency, communication, and compliance

Contribute to Agile Delivery Practice standards, reinforce JIRA hygiene and Confluence documentation, and promote continuous improvement across teams

Required

10+ years of experience leading agile teams in technology or product-centric environments

Certified Scrum Master / Scrum Leader

Strong regulatory and risk-aware delivery experience

Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Java and Spring Boot technical background

Experience supporting large enterprise product organizations and multi-pod delivery models

Strong presentation and executive-level communication skills
