Responsibilities
Identify and collect data to produce actionable business insights and recommendations for executive leadership, run ongoing and ad-hoc analyses in support of business objectives and operational effectiveness, and as input to key planning and business operations processes
Lead strategic initiatives to solve complex business challenges across the engineering organization. Drive change, influence decision making, and lead adoption of key business processes
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear and measurable objectives and actionable processes/programs, analyze organizational and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and increase cross-functional alignment
Define and measure performance on key processes and success criteria, and establish necessary program governance, to enable business execution and efficiency
Collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders, represent engineering's business needs and influence software and process development decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional or cross-team projects and programs
Experience defining business requirements and driving operational efficiency (e.g., business strategy, data analysis, metrics and insights, process improvements, business acumen)
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in influencing the development of new software tools and process-based solutions
Experience working in the computer science, networking or engineering domain, or working in a technical environment
