Information Technology
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS devices
Perform device imaging, builds, deployments, and workstation setups
Provide on-site deskside support for break/fix and configuration needs
Manage tickets through ServiceNow or similar ITSM systems
Support both on-site corporate users and remote field staff
Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer service
Qualification
Required
Strong macOS troubleshooting (hardware & software)
2–5 years of IT support in a corporate or enterprise environment
Experience supporting 1,000–2,000+ users
Mix of deskside and help desk support
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Preferred
A+ Certification
Windows 10/11 support
Office 365
Apple hardware support
Intune / Endpoint Manager experience
