Responsibilities
Oversee all operational functions to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery
Implement office-level strategies that support broader organizational goals
Manage staffing needs through recruitment, retention, and professional development
Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative office culture
Partner with executive leadership to align office strategy with firm-wide objectives
Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new and repeat business
Represent the firm at industry events, professional organizations, and community engagements
Prepare and manage office budgets in coordination with senior leadership
Monitor project profitability and implement measures to enhance financial performance
Report key operational and financial metrics to executive leadership
Oversee execution of architectural projects to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence
Maintain oversight of project schedules, budgets, and client communication
Champion best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement
Mentor staff and support leadership development across the office
Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing
Lead by example in professional excellence and organizational values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Business, or a related field
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven ability to manage operations and lead high-performing teams
Strong client relationship management and business development experience
Expertise in project management and financial oversight
Preferred
Architectural licensure preferred but not required
