The role involves launching reporting dashboards, conducting data-driven analysis, and supporting budget planning cycles within the transformation and change department.

Responsibilities
Launch and drive Reporting Dashboards based on Project Key metrics, like Milestone adherence, Operative or Capital Expenditures for the Project Portfolio and others
Run and lead data-driven analysis to support decision-making
Support the team during budget Planning Cycles (Operative Planning, Forecast)
Qualification
Required
Educated to degree level (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computational Science, or Engineering/Business
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with database systems
Ability to visualize and communicate complex data and analyses effectively
Accustomed to working in multifunctional and multicultural setups
Strong Stakeholder Management skills (ability to establish sustainable networks and develop positive, long-term relationships)
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
English is mandatory
Relevant professional experience (including internships) in Project and Portfolio Management, Data Visualisation, Supply Chain, Airlines, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics or Customer Services
Industrial and Lean understanding and acumen
Preferred
German or any other language is considered an advantage but not required
