Lead a professional team

Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
Ensure efficiency and coordinate equipment logistics
Qualification
Required
Strong project management, organizational, and team leadership skills
Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and mechanical systems assembly
Knowledge of water reclamation systems, environmental engineering, or related fields
Understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and quality assurance practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with a results-driven mindset
Preferred
Industry certifications in project management, engineering, or water systems are a plus
Proficiency in software tools for project tracking and communication is an advantage
