The Payroll Processor will play a key role in ensuring team members are compensated accurately and on time, while also maintaining payroll records and responding to employee inquiries.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation is collected and stored
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide exceptional customer service
Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review
Assist in the implementation of payroll software updates and enhancements
Collaborate with HR to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role
Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
